I blend evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, and DBT to get to the root of what’s happening.
We focus on what’s actually effective, not just what feels good in the moment.
EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy)
