Group Counselling Rates
Group counselling rates can vary depending on a few factors, such as the number of participants, length of sessions, and how many sessions are booked.

Payments
Payments can be made by e-transfer and credit card.
Insurance
Safe Nest Counselling doesn’t bill directly to your insurance provider. However, clients can file a claim if they have coverage.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.
Please consult with your insurance provider or HR Department to determine whether your benefits plan covers counselling by a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) or Registered Clinical Counsellor registered with BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.
Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of half of the session cost.
